The equipment adopts tunnel integrated design, adjustable power distribution design according to process design, gradient power density design, meeting process requirements, simple and reliable operation, automatic feeding and discharging design, and microwave wood insecticidal experiment shows that the drying speed of 25-50mm pine wood is 20-30 times faster than the usual convection drying speed. The temperature of microwave sterilization and insecticidal treatment is only 65-85 degrees, and the sterilization time is 5-10 minutes. The whole process is not deformed and cracked, so the wood treated by microwave has an even insecticidal effect.
