What problems have the new vacuum microwave drying device for vegetables solved?

The new type of vegetable vacuum microwave drying device solves the problem of easily introducing external air during the feeding process of the existing device, which can breed bacteria and other microorganisms, affecting the safety of the material and posing safety hazards to the consumer. 

The new type device includes a drying box, which is provided with a conveyor belt. A drying box above one end of the conveyor belt is provided with a feeding port, and the drying box below the other end of the conveyor belt is provided with a discharge port, a receiving box is connected below the discharge port, and some microwave generators are arranged on the top of the drying box along the conveying direction of the conveyor belt. A vacuum pipe is connected to the drying box, and a vacuum pump is connected to the vacuum pipe. The feeding port of the vegetable dryer is connected with a feeding pipe, the top of the feeding pipe is connected with a feeding box, the top of the feeding box is provided with an opening, the opening is provided with a sealing device 1, the bottom of the receiving box is provided with an opening, and the opening is provided with a sealing device 2. A mounting plate is fixed on the inner walls on both sides of the upper part of the feeding pipe, and a baffle is installed under the left mounting plate roller, and the baffle of the vegetable dryer is evenly distributed with through holes. The upper part of the right end of the baffle is inlaid with an iron block, and the bottom of the right mounting plate is inlaid with an electromagnet, which is sequentially connected to the switch and battery arranged on the outer wall of the feed pipe. An ultraviolet lamp is arranged between the two adjacent microwave generators of the vegetable dryer, which prevents the breeding of bacteria and microorganisms.
