How to resolve blockages in small-scale grain dryers?

Small-scale dryers are common drying equipment that brings great convenience to farmers' agricultural production and life. As the dryer is used to dry materials with high humidity, it is prone to blockages during the drying process. So, how do we solve this problem when we encounter it?

To solve the blockage problem in small-scale dryers, we can use heat exchange technology.

The key feature of this new technology is that the chain device can achieve a means of material first forming a crust and then shedding its skin. The chain is a soft material, and the material attached to it automatically falls off with the shaking of the chain after drying. This technology is a new type of anti-blocking scraper device that can prevent material blockage. First, a metering variable-speed pump is used to feed high-moisture materials into the dryer, allowing them to quickly exchange heat with high-temperature flue gas. This can effectively reduce sticking and accumulation of materials. Next, the materials are processed in sections for rapid drying. Finally, there is a hanging chain device inside the small-scale dryer which not only conducts heat but also prevents materials from sticking and blocking the tower body, ensuring smooth passage of materials.

How can we increase the output of a small-scale dryer during practical use?

We can start by implementing the following measures: incorporating a lifting device into the dryer to enhance internal efficiency, expanding the heated surface area of materials, optimizing heat exchange conditions, and ultimately improving output. Additionally, reducing the particle size of raw materials entering the dryer and lowering their moisture content can also help increase output. While ensuring that equipment operates normally and without affecting the properties of dried materials, it is possible to maximize gas temperature and airflow velocity. Finally, strengthening management practices for drying equipment can also improve operational efficiency.
