Working principle
The refrigerant is pressurized by the compressor to become high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which enters the condenser, condensation liquefying will release heat and become liquid. At the same time, the air in the drying room is heated, thereby achieving the goal of increasing the temperature of the drying room. The water in the material is vaporized and evaporated by hot air, and the evaporated water vapor is discharged by the dehumidification system to achieve the purpose of drying.
The dehumidification system has a heat recovery device that recovers heat for heating fresh air, saving 70% of the energy consumption for fresh air preheating.
Product parameters
1. The equipment configures one 12hp assembling unit and 18KW electrical heating, total 30KW (together with other set)
2. 8 material trolleys, whose size is L1920*H1900*W550, 15 layers.
3. 360 material trays, whose size is 640*460*25
4. 4 suction fans, whose size is 1060*1060, 0.75KW
5. Heating room size: 6320*2750*2300
6. Heating room is made by polyurethane cold storage board, 75mm thick, color steel plate is 0.376mm thick.
7. Double door, doorframe is W1500*L2100
8. Middle air baffle is made by 50mm thick insulation board
9. There are anti-collision pipes around, 40*40*2mm galvanized pipe
10. External equipment will be configured according to detailed heating request.
