Furnace cavity

It is a microwave resonant cavity, a place where microwave energy is transformed into heat energy to heat materials. The materials are continually transported on a conveyor belt within the tunnel-shaped industrial microwave oven in order to heat them uniformly across the furnace chamber.

Furnace door

The microwave sterilization dryer's furnace door position is primarily intended to make it easier to clean the sanitation in the furnace cavity. The switch system of the industrial microwave oven is made up of several safety interlock micro-switch devices in order to avoid microwave leakage.  The industrial microwave oven cannot operate if the oven door is not properly closed, and if the microwave oven is not operational, there is no issue with microwave leakage. An anti-flow groove structure or a substance that can absorb microwaves, such as silicone rubber, is fitted around the oven door of the industrial microwave oven in order to stop microwave leakage from the space between the oven door and the cavity once the door is closed. A few leaky microwaves can be absorbed by the door seals that were created. The anti-flow groove is a unique groove structure installed in the door with the purpose of directing the microwave's phase reversal. The microwaves' counter-reflection waves cancel the microwaves at the anti-sink's entry, preventing leakage.

A stable and effective way to stop microwave leakage from the microwave radiation principle is the anti-flow groove construction. The most advanced anti-flow groove structure and production technology in the world is currently being used by a small number of businesses, along with newly created multiple anti-microwave leakage technology, to bring microwave leakage control technology up to an advanced level on a global scale.

Electrical circuit

Its benefits include simplicity of use, safety and stability, ease of repair and upkeep, etc. It can change power to suit various materials' requirements, conserve energy, and is environmentally friendly.


The microwave sterilizing dryer's magnetron, which produces and emits microwave radiation, is its central component. A cathode voltage of between 3 and 4 volts and a strong pulsing DC anode voltage are needed for magnetron functioning. The industrial microwave power supply is controlled to deliver a working voltage to the magnetron that satisfies the aforementioned specifications.


Both mechanical timing and computer timing are often used in microwave ovens. Choosing and setting the working hour is the primary duty. The timer will automatically turn off the main circuit of the microwave sterilizing machine after the predetermined amount of time.

Power splitter

To achieve the goal of altering the average output power of the microwave sterilizing machine, the power divider is used to modify the average working time of the magnetron (that is, the proportion of "working" and "stop" time when the magnetron operates intermittently).

Micro Interlock Switch

An essential set of safety features for commercial microwave ovens is interlocking microswitches. The door opening button on the furnace door or the door opening button on the furnace door handle operate all of its various interlocking tasks. Disconnect the circuit to stop the microwave sterilizing device if the oven door is open or not closed.

Thermal breaker

A magnetron or oven cavity's operating temperature is monitored via a thermal cut-out. The thermal circuit breaker will promptly turn off the power and cause the microwave oven to cease running when the operational temperature reaches a certain limit.
